Deleting your account on Sabi Marketplace
Permanently deleting your Sabi Marketplace account is irreversible. Before proceeding, ensure the following conditions are met:
For Sellers:
- Ensure there is no outstanding balance in your payment account.
- Fulfill all pending orders and resolve any ongoing cases.
- Save any necessary information for tax or record-keep Password purposes.
- Confirm that you won't use the account's email address for another Sabi App account. For Buyers:
- Verify that there is no outstanding balance in your wallet account.
- Confirm that you have no pending orders.
If you need to take a break or reduce communications, consider deactivating your account instead. This option makes your account inactive, and you retain the ability to reopen it later.
We regret to see you go. If you choose to delete your account, please be aware of the following:
- Future queries will take longer to address since we won't have details of your orders, communication history, or contact information.
- Legal requirements may necessitate the retention of certain personal information even after account deletion. The account deletion process takes 30/60 days (about 2 months) to complete. We only retain information when necessary to meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, prevent fraud and abuse, or enforce our Terms & Conditions.
